Certain plants are animated, perhaps even ambulatory and are considered monsters by many. As a rule, plants are more susceptible to fire, giving an attack +20 to hit and +1 damage per die when using this method. However, there are a few other characteristics that should be assumed for plants unless specifically stating otherwise. They are immune to mind-affecting charms and illusions. Spirit effects are not applicable against plants. Attacks are not based on skills. They are immune to paralysis, poison, shape-change, and being knocked down. Plants breathe and eat but do not sleep.
