Devils are methodical and astute observers with a wickedness that runs deep. Devils are highly methodical but will use loopholes and technicalities to achieve their goals when victory is not certain. These fiends hail from the Nine Hells and are highly vindictive beings, having an instinct to blame others when they experience setbacks.
