Beings that are biophages are those who eat and survive by the consumption of other living and materials or various nutrients that reside in the earth or native terrain. Plant Life in this context are vegetable creatures, not ordinary flora. Most of them are ambulatory, and some are carnivorous. The most well-known plants are the shambling mound and the treant. Fungal creatures such as the gas spore also fall into this category. Plants have immunity to poison, sleep effects, paralysis, polymorph, and stunning. Further, they cannot be charmed or affected by phantasms; however, glamours may still fool them. Plants breathe and eat, but do not sleep.

Pyre Bush 

Once every other combat round as a standard action, a pyre bush can release a tiny bolt of fire in a line to a maximum range of 40 feet. This is a d20 attack that deals d3 points of fire damage to any creature struck. Due to its nature, edged and piercing weapons are less effective, as it is resistant. However, the pyre bush has a vengeful defense that if it is reduced to zero body points, it explodes in fire for 10 feet in all directions as a d6 fire attack against any in the area.
