Glitches are utterly alien beings. Many of them have innate magical abilities drawn from the creature's alien mind rather than the mystical forces of the world. Necrophage, Giant
The giant necrophage is a burrowing aberration that scavenged the dead and occasionally preyed on living creatures. Up to nine feet in length, necrophages look similar to a giant, toothed centipede and are often accompanied by a foul odor of death, which may warn others of their approach (Perception check DC:8 if having a sense of smell). Necrophages often lay their eggs within a meal or mounds of waste. When the young hatch, often in numbers reaching into the hundreds, the baby crawlers quickly turn on one another, eating each other. Fortunately, this thins down the numbers of the necrophages substantially, who are also less dangerous at this time, possessing a less effective venom than their adult equivalents.Necrophages have a keen sense of smell by which they hunt. In conjunction with their ability to climb surfaces like a spider, this makes them dangerous to encounter. They have a multi-attack of tentacles (2d20) and a bite (d20), rolled separately but in the same action against a single target. Moreover, the tentacle attacks are associated with a paralytic poison that on a successful hit the victim must roll a Resilience preservation save (DC:13). Failing the save results in a paralysis restriction for one minute (6 rounds); however, for the duration at the end of the victim's turn, the save can be repeated to become released from the paralysis.
