Pseudodragon

Pseudodragons are tiny versions of their much larger cousins, normal dragons, but are around the size of an average house cat. They are shy and playful. Pseudodragons can't speak, but they communicate using a mental empathy that allows them to share basic ideas such as hunger, curiosity, or affection. A pseudodragon often vocalizes animal noises. A rasping purr indicates pleasure, while a hiss means unpleasant surprise. A bird-like chirping represents desire, and a growl always means anger or discontent. They have darkvision out to 60 feet. These creatures have a stinger in their tails, which does not inflict damage, but may deliver a weak poison, lasting only 30 seconds (3 rounds). Lastly, a pseudodragon will have the ability to cast one cantrip, chosen at random for each specific creature.
