Rock Mole

Rock moles are underground animals often domesticated by the dwarves to use as diggers and guards. One of these creatures is about the size of a large dog, with the hind legs quite similar to a canine. However, their front claws and heads resemble a mole. They have a pebbly leather skin, which gives them a better than normal defense compared to most mammals. Additionally, they have powerful digging claws which permit them to have a dangerous 2d10 attack. Rock moles can burrow through soft earth at a movement rate of 15 feet. Further, the rock moles can tunnel through natural rock, leaving a circular hole three-feet in diameter. They can excavate rock at a rate of 1 foot per hour and can dig for 10 hours in a day.
