Beings that are biophages are those who eat and survive by the consumption of other living and materials or various nutrients that reside in the earth or native terrain. Atavistoids are similar to anthropoids, having common ancestry somewhere back the line; however, these races have monstrous or animalistic features. Additionally, they may have magical abilities.

Monqui (Carnivoids)

Monqui [MONG-kee] are a tall, very thin race. In appearance, they somewhat resemble a malnutritioned great ape. They are sometimes mistaken for apes, even though they have very human-like faces. Most mon-qui live in large forested areas, like tropical forests. The race is clan-like, and usually the males will have a harem. In general, one male will not trust another male. An average Monqui has a hair length of about 2”. They also tails of varying length, which are mildly prehensile capable of lifting objects up to one pound.
While monqui can live up to 200 years, few actually achieve old age. Most make it just a bit beyond 90 to 100 years of age. More than other races, the monqui are sick and spending time resting. This is mostly due to being more susceptible to disease than other races. All monqui roll at disadvantage when checking against contracting or rolling against saves involving disease.
